A variation of the classic British favourite "beans on toast" that will keep you full and cravings-free.

If you have diabetes or pre-diabetes, test your blood sugar after to figure out the portion size your body can handle. You can reduce the carb load and make it appropriate to your needs by increasing the proportion of veg to that of beans and bread.
