My go-to dinner this winter!
  • You can use either pumpkin or sweet potato - both full of beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant!
  • You can steam them for maximum nutrient density.
  • If you are choosing pumpkin as your base you can also combine it with apple sauce.
  • You don't need to use all the add-ons and top-ups - just pick whatever is in your fridge/cupboard.
  • You can grind the seeds in a coffee bean grinder for easier digestion.
  • You can also use nuts instead of seeds.
  • If you use honey, make sure it's raw (hard in the jar) - not liquid that has been boiled before.
